Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 rolls for baking
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 100g salami
  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat (approx. 160°C fan-assisted oven). Deseed and wash the peppers, chop them, and place them in a bowl. Chop the salami and ham and add them to the bowl. Add the cheese, crème fraîche, ketchup, and pizza seasoning. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Halve the rolls lengthwise and spoon the pizza filling onto each half. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on how brown the rolls are. Then it’s time to serve. Tip: You can cut anything you like into the dough.
