Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 150 ml Water warm
  • 1 Yeast fresh
  • 50 g Mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 0,5 tsp Dried marjoram

Instructions

  • First, weigh out 300 grams of flour and place in a large bowl ... Then add sugar, salt and the dried herbs and mix gently.
  • Mix the fresh yeast with 150 ml of warm water in a small bowl and stir with a fork for about 3 minutes until the yeast has dissolved. Then add the 4 tablespoons of olive oil and stir again.
  • Make a small hollow in the flour and add the water-yeast mixture. Knead the whole thing into a dough with your hands for about 5 minutes. Then divide the dough into 6 equal portions and cover on a kitchen board and let rise for about 40 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the 6 blanks on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella. Bake in the oven for approx. 12-15 minutes and then leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes.
  • The pizza bread can be eaten as it is or, if you like, topped with hearty things ...
  • I wish you a good appetite ... 🙂
