Pizza rolls with salami, ham, peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 400 g cheese, grated
  • 175g salami
  • 250 g ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 12 rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the mushrooms, salami, and ham. Dice the bell pepper. Mix everything together (fold in the diced bell peppers last) and season with a little oregano and pepper. Then cut the rolls in half and spread the mixture on top, not too thickly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) top/bottom heat until the mixture is lightly browned. Serve with a mixed salad of your choice.
