Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • Basil, oregano, rosemary
  • Olive oil, cold squeezed
  • Sugar
  • Sea salt, coarse-grained
  • Pepper, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

For the pizza sauce, saute the onion in hot oil until translucent. Add the passata and bring to a boil. Now add the remaining ingredients and simmer gently for about 20-25 minutes.
