Pizza with Avocado and Mushrooms
The perfect pizza with avocado and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pizza dough
- Quark-Oil dough
Topping tomato sauce

- You start to make the dough. You can find the corresponding recipe in my KB under the link >>>>> Dough “basic dough” for quark oil dough >>>> Let the dough rest a little and make the tomato sauce during this time. For this purpose, the appropriate ingredients are placed in a container and pureed.
Now roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
- Place the dough in the middle of the baking sheet dusted with baking spray and roll it out evenly. Now the ingredients for the topping are cut into the desired sizes and pieces or slices. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees O / U.
Cover the pizza
- First of all, spread the sauce from the center outwards.
- Now add a layer of tomato, mushroom and cheese and season everything nicely. Then the remaining ingredients on top – season the avocados last and again. We’ll end with plenty of cheese on top. Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees O / U heat.
- When the pizza is done, take out the tray and cut the pizza into quarters. Maybe a little salad? It was enough for us.
