Ingredients
For the dough
- 300 g Flour
- 150 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 cube Yeast
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- Salt
For covering
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 3 Tomatoes
- 200 g Goat cheese roll
- Cayenne pepper
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried thyme
- Cayenne pepper
- Dried basil
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in the water and knead with the remaining ingredients for the dough to form a smooth pizza dough, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes, roll out and place on a baking sheet or greased baking sheet, and rest for another 10 minutes to let.
- Put the pizza tomatoes in a bowl with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, basil and thyme, spread on the pizza dough and cover with the diced ham and the sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with the Emmental and put in the preheated oven at 200 ° C Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the goat cheese into slices, spread on the pizza and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and serve.
