Ingredients
- 5 slices frozen - thawed puff pastry
- 5 tbsp Plum jam
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- 0,5 tsp Dried marjoram
- Salt pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Halve the puff pastry slices crosswise and use the knife to score a frame along the edges at a distance of approx. 1 cm from the edge.
- Brush each piece of dough within the scored frame with 1 teaspoon of plum jam.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and distribute them on the plum jam.
- Pluck the goat cheese in small pieces onto the tomatoes.
- Season with marjoram, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in a hot oven at 220 ° (fan oven 200 °) on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
