Ingredients
 

  • 5 slices frozen - thawed puff pastry
  • 5 tbsp Plum jam
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Goat cream cheese
  • 0,5 tsp Dried marjoram
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Halve the puff pastry slices crosswise and use the knife to score a frame along the edges at a distance of approx. 1 cm from the edge.
  • Brush each piece of dough within the scored frame with 1 teaspoon of plum jam.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and distribute them on the plum jam.
  • Pluck the goat cheese in small pieces onto the tomatoes.
  • Season with marjoram, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in a hot oven at 220 ° (fan oven 200 °) on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
