Tomato – Goat Cheese – Tart

The perfect tomato – goat cheese – tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Discs Tk – thawed puff pastry
  • 5 tbsp Plum jam
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Goat cream cheese
  • 0,5 tsp Dried marjoram
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Halve the puff pastry slices crosswise and use the knife to score a frame along the edges at a distance of approx. 1 cm from the edge.
  2. Brush each piece of dough within the scored frame with 1 teaspoon of plum jam.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and distribute them on the plum jam.
  4. Pluck the goat cheese in small pieces onto the tomatoes.
  5. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in a hot oven at 220 ° (fan oven 200 °) on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
