Pizza with Tyrolean ham, figs, red onions and mountain cheese

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 10 g salt
  • 15 g yeast, fresh
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 jar tomato sauce with herbs
  • 16 slices of ham (Tyrolean ham)
  • 300 g soft figs
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 6 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 350 g mountain cheese, grated
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, and lukewarm water into a dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on baking paper on a regular baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce on top. Distribute the Tyrolean ham. Halve the figs and distribute them. Drizzle the honey over the figs. Arrange the sliced ​​red onions, then top with the grated mountain cheese. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for a good 20 minutes. Check halfway through.
