Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 10 g salt
- 15 g yeast, fresh
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 jar tomato sauce with herbs
- 16 slices of ham (Tyrolean ham)
- 300 g soft figs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 6 m.-large onion(s), red
- 350 g mountain cheese, grated
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, and lukewarm water into a dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on baking paper on a regular baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce on top. Distribute the Tyrolean ham. Halve the figs and distribute them. Drizzle the honey over the figs. Arrange the sliced red onions, then top with the grated mountain cheese. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for a good 20 minutes. Check halfway through.
