simple and delicious
For the dough, first combine the quark, sugar, salt, oil, and milk in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until smooth. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then add them to the quark and oil mixture. Mix on high with a mixer until a dough forms. Grease a baking sheet (or use baking paper). Then remove the dough from the bowl with your hands and spread it evenly on the baking sheet. Wash, peel, and dice the apples. Spread it evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the almond pieces and raisins (you can leave them out if you don’t like them) over the apples. Finally, sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the apples; it will caramelize in the oven and add a lovely sweet note, especially with tart apples. Bake the cake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30-40 minutes. 218 kcal per serving.
