Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 dough (yeast dough made from 500 g flour)
- 3 eggs
- 500 g quark
- 50 g sugar
- 750 g fruit, of your choice
- 500 ml sour cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp flour
- n. B. sugar
- 3 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Spread the yeast dough on a baking sheet. Whisk together the eggs, quark, and sugar, add the chopped fruit, and spread it over the dough. Whisk together the sour cream, egg yolks, flour, and sugar, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites, and pour the mixture onto the cake. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 30-40 minutes.
