Red cabbage casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar red cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Drain the red cabbage and place it in a casserole dish. Brown the minced meat, season, and place it on top of the red cabbage. Spread the crème fraîche or sour cream on top. Let it sit for a few hours, if possible. Then cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the minced meat is browned. Serve with potatoes or simply on its own.
