Plain Tomato Salad

The perfect plain tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kilogram Fresh tomato
  • 3 middle Fresh onions
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
  • 1,5 teaspoon Pepper
  1. Halve the tomatoes and cut out the green roots. Cut the halves from the Ansat into thin slices. Put in a large bowl (possibly one with a lid). Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes. Add to the tomatoes. Now season with salt and pepper. Mix briefly once. Put the bowl (with the lid on) in the refrigerator and let it steep for a good 2 hours (better still 3 hours). Stir again before serving!
