Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg beef (breast or rib)
- Salt
- ½ tsp peppercorns
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 1 radish(s), fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Place the beef in 1 liter of boiling salted water and add the peppercorns. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion and vegetables, and add them to the meat. Simmer in a covered pan over low heat for about 2 hours. Remove the meat and drain. Remove from the bone and slice. Peel the radish and cut into spirals or thin slices. Arrange the meat slices on wooden plates and pour over some of the cooking broth to keep them moist. Serve with the radish.
