Banana buttermilk

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

quick and easy

Peel the banana, puree it, or mash it with a fork. Finally, combine it with buttermilk and stir in the sugar (I suggest using a teaspoon – this way you don’t use too much sugar, but the milk isn’t as acidic and still tastes nice and light, tart, and fresh). Tip: You can definitely use more bananas – with one, it only tastes very faintly of banana. 100 kcal/100 g – very filling.
