Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 500 g minced pork
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground.
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth (instant powder)
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 100 ml water, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the mixed mince in a large bowl. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Transfer both to a small bowl. Add the salt, pepper, paprika, instant broth, and breadcrumbs, and mix with the egg and hot water to form a paste. Pour the seasoned paste over the mince and mix thoroughly. Then form into 6 patties, each about 200g in weight and about 2cm thick, about the size of your palm. Let rest for 1/2 hour. Fry in a pan with a little oil or on the grill until crispy brown, turning frequently. Instead of the garlic clove and onion, you can also use one teaspoon each of onion and garlic granules.
