Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g plum(s), blue, pitted
- ½ avocado(s), ripe, pitted
- ¼ organic lemon(s)
- 60 g spinach, rocket, chard or lettuce
- 4 mint leaves
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 200 ml kefir
- 200 ml water
- n. B. Sweetener
- n. B. protein powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings (300 ml each).
