Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g plum(s), blue, pitted
  • ½ avocado(s), ripe, pitted
  • ¼ organic lemon(s)
  • 60 g spinach, rocket, chard or lettuce
  • 4 mint leaves
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml kefir
  • 200 ml water
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • n. B. protein powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings (300 ml each).
