Plum and Cream Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Fresh plums
  • 2 tbsp Palm sugar
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Clove powder
  • 1 pinch Ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch Pimento
  • 1 half Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 250 g Cream yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Stone, wash and chop the plums. Melt the sugar in a pot and caramelize the plums in it, then bring the lemon juice, cinnamon, powdered cloves, cardamom, allspice and vanilla to the boil. Let cool down!
  • Mix the cooked plums with yoghurt and maple syrup, season again if necessary and freeze in the ice cream maker for about 30-45 minutes! Or freeze in a bowl with a lid for 3-4 hours! 🙂 With the latter variant, get ice out of the freezer approx. 10 minutes before consumption!
