French Toast Roll Up: Cheese Mustard

The perfect french toast roll up: cheese mustard recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Discs Toast
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 piece Butter
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 25 ml Milk
  1. Remove the crust from the toast slices and roll them out with a rolling pin
  2. Spread the mustard and cheese on 1/3 of the toast and roll up
  3. Whisk egg and milk in a bowl and roll toast rolls in them
  4. Heat the butter in the pan and fry the rolls until golden
  5. Arrange and decorate with grated cheese.
