Yogurt Ice Cream

The perfect yogurt ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Red fruit mix frozen
  • 400 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 5 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla flavor
  • 5 sheet Mint fresh
  1. Put the red fruit mix (strawberries, currants, raspberries, etc.) fresh from the freezer into the food processor with a wing knife. Add honey, vanilla flavor, yogurt and mint and puree. The frozen fruit immediately turns it into a fruit ice cream that can be served straight away.
