Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg plum(s)
- 160 g margarine, low-fat (e.g. Deli Reform light)
- 30 g sweetener (diabetic sprinkle sweetener)
- 3 dashes liquid sweetener (diabetic sweetener)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 260 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 bottle of rum flavoring
- possibly sweetener (sprinkling sweetener) for sprinkling
- possibly vanilla sugar for sprinkling

Wash and pit the plums, and drain them in a sieve. Quickly mix the remaining ingredients into a batter. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet (approx. 40 x 30 cm) and generously cover with the plums. Bake at 200°C on the middle rack for approximately 30-40 minutes. If using a sour plum variety, sprinkle with sugar or a packet of vanilla sugar after baking. For a springform pan, use 20 g less margarine and flour. Slightly reduce the remaining ingredients, if possible.
