Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour (white flour)
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 400 g plum(s)
- 50 g margarine
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Melt the margarine in a pan, add the milk and beaten egg. Mix until smooth. Pour into a springform pan, top with the plum halves, and bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and powdered sugar before serving.
