Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 80 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 kg Plums

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, add the yeast and a pinch of sugar. Warm the milk slightly and pour over the yeast. Let rise for half an hour, stir in the flour, then add the sugar, butter, eggs and salt, stir everything and let rise again. add the eggs and a pinch of salt, stir everything.
  • Add salt, stir everything. Cover with a cloth and let rise again for half an hour. Grease a baking sheet, put the dough on top and cover with the pitted, halved plums. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar after baking.
