Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 170 g flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- ¼ pack of baking powder
- 500 g plum(s), pitted, weighed
- 1 tsp sugar, mixed with a little cinnamon, for sprinkling
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then add the softened butter and mix. Stir in the flour, baking powder, milk, and a pinch of salt. Pour the batter into a greased 26 cm baking pan. Place the pitted and halved plums into the batter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Whipped cream goes best with this. Tip: If you like, you can add a dash of Amaretto liqueur to the batter, or a few drops of bitter almond flavoring, a little grated lemon zest, or a few drops of lemon flavoring also work well.
