Sausage goulash with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages (beef sausages)
  • 2 small cans of tomatoes, peeled, or one large can
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can of corn
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the sausages into thin slices. Brown them well in a little oil in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the tomatoes (with their juice) and chop them. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the peas and corn and add them. Cook everything for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with fries or rice.
