Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 700 g plum(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 70 g ground almonds
  • 25 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grease a large ovenproof dish with 10g butter, sprinkle with 20g sugar, and a little cinnamon. Halve and pit the plums, and place them side by side in the dish. Melt the remaining butter. Mix with the remaining sugar, flour, and almonds, and crumble over the plums. Bake in a preheated oven on the second shelf from the bottom at 200°C (gas mark 3, fan oven 175°C) for 30 minutes until crispy. Sift the icing sugar over the plums. Serve with whipped cream.
