Plum Crumble
The perfect plum crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Crumble
- 2 El. Sugar
- 1 El. Cinnamon
- 3 El. Chopped almonds
- 250 g Flour
- 180 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- Wash the plums, cut in half and core. Place on a baking dish with the cut surface facing up.
- Two el. Spread the sugar on the plums. Then spread the cinnamon over it, cinnamon can be taken as desired, I always take a tablespoon full.
- Roast the chopped almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown until they start to smell. Then spread over the plums. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees, fan-assisted.
Crumble
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a crumbly dough. Spread the crumbles on the plums and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the crumbles are golden brown. I always make the crumble in the Thermomix, all ingredients in the mixing bowl, level 5, 7 seconds.
- We prefer to eat this delicious crumble warm with freshly whipped cream.
