Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg plum(s), ripe
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- possibly almond(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Filling for Chinese pancakes
Wash, pit, and finely chop the plums. Cook in a saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice for 5 minutes, stirring. The plum filling tastes delicious with or without almonds; the latter can also be replaced with pine nuts or pistachios.
