Plum Mustard
The perfect plum mustard recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Plums
- 2 piece Onions
- 1 tsp Ginger seasoning
- 150 g Sugar
- 50 g Mustard seeds
- 200 ml Dry red wine
- 1 piece Chilli pepper
- Heat all ingredients slowly and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then puree with the magic wand, pour into glasses and let cool down. Finished! Tastes great with white sausage, cheese, meat … Also a nice idea as a gift 😉
