Marble Cheesecake Muffins

- 100 g Butter
- 75 g Sugar brown
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Baking cocoa
- 100 ml Milk
Cheese mass
- 100 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Quark lean
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Cocoa or powdered sugar for dusting
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Batter
- For the dough, stir the butter, brown sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour, baking powder and 1 tbsp cocoa and stir briefly with the milk.
Cheese mass
- For the cheese mixture, stir the butter and sugar with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Stir in lemon juice, 1 egg, custard powder and quark.
- Line the troughs of two muffin trays (12 and 6 troughs) with silicone muffin molds. If you don’t have one, grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. First pour in one tablespoon of dough, then one tablespoon of cheese mixture and marble by poking the dough with the handle of a teaspoon and turning it around once. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool for about 1 hour, then dust with 1 tablespoon of cocoa.
