The perfect plum pieces … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Squares off Frozen puff pastry
  • 14 half Frozen plums **
  • 20 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 whisked Egg yolk
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Raw cane sugar
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees; Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the frozen puff pastry squares on top (without the release paper) and let thaw for about 10 minutes; Then place the frozen plum halves ** with the skin side down on the dough pieces, leaving the edges free, and crown each half plum with a sprinkle of marzipan.
  2. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with a whisked egg yolk, sprinkle another teaspoon of raw cane sugar and that’s it. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy with a good cup of coffee. Good Appetite!
