Plum salad with basil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g plum(s) (not those for baking)
  • 2 pinches of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp pomegranate syrup
  • 1 handful of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the plums into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Season with olive oil and pomegranate syrup. Wash the basil, chop it if desired, and scatter it over the plums. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
