Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg plum(s) (pitted plums) and 2 tbsp plum brandy
- 1 kg gelling sugar
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 80 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions

Lightly roast the walnuts without fat, sprinkle with sugar, and heat until it caramelizes to a light brown. Wash the plums thoroughly, pit them, and quarter them. Combine the fruit pieces, sugar, and lemon juice, and cook for 4 minutes while stirring. Finally, stir in the plum brandy and roasted walnuts, immediately pour into prepared jars, and seal immediately. Turn frequently while cooling to ensure the gravy is evenly mixed.
