Plum tart with Amaretto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 195 g flour
  • 115 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 26 plums
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 165 g sour cream
  • 180 g sugar
  • 35 g flour
  • 100 g peach jam
  • 1 shot of Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Thoroughly knead the dough ingredients and line a 26 cm tart tin, pulling up the sides. Do not grease the tin beforehand. Pit the plums and spread them on the dough. Mix the glaze ingredients together. Pour the glaze evenly over the plums. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Stir the jam and Amaretto until smooth and spread evenly over the surface of the still-warm tart.
