Sheet cake

Briefly mix the yeast with the flour, sugar, and egg. Melt the fat and warm the milk briefly in it. Then add it to the yeast mixture and stir (with a dough hook or by hand) until the dough pulls away from the bowl. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes to 1 hour (until it has doubled in size). In the meantime, make the crumble topping and refrigerate briefly. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and place the plum halves on top. Then spread the crumble topping over the dough and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 30-45 minutes.
