Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 180 g rice pudding
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 80 g sugar
- 500 g berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 4 tbsp jam (raspberry jam)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring the rice to a boil with milk, vanilla sugar, and sugar and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes. Mix the berries with the jam. Layer the rice and berry mixture in glasses for a particularly attractive finish.
