Plums – Puff Pastry – Tartlets
The perfect plums – puff pastry – tartlets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the sprinkles
- 1 kg Plums
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soft butter
- Ground cinnamon
- Wash and dry the plums, then cut in half and remove the core
- Grease the tartlet molds and place the cut out puff pastry in the molds
- Place plums on top of it in a circle … I didn’t have enough plums, so I half filled one with apple compote
- Crumble the crumble ingredients with a fork and spread them on the tartlets
- Preheat the oven – 200 ° C / fan-assisted … whoever can add extra bottom heat … the bottom bakes better!
- Bake the tartlets for approx. 35-40 minutes …. preferably in the tin, allow to cool a little and then serve with cream
