Using this method, you can easily bake poached eggs in the oven (preheat to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)). To do this, take a muffin tin and grease it. I use a silicone tin, so there’s no need to grease it. Add 1 tablespoon of water and a raw egg to each muffin cup. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste before baking them in the oven for about 13 minutes. If you want the yolks to be firmer, leave them in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then, either carefully lift the eggs out of the tins with a tablespoon or tip the tins onto a plate. Tastes great on a salad or on toast.
