Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pointed cabbages
  • 500 g bratwurst or minced meat
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
  • vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp curry paste
  • salt and pepper

Halve the pointed cabbage lengthwise, then chop it into small pieces. It looks like a lot, but in the end there will be almost nothing left because it all shrinks so much when heated. First, chop the meat into small pieces, brown it, and season well. I always add about 1 tablespoon of curry paste. Then, little by little, add 1-2 handfuls of cabbage to a pan with a little oil and put the lid on. After 3-5 minutes, add the same amount again. Repeat until all the cabbage is in the pan. Simmer the cabbage for 20 minutes until it is soft. At the end, you can add a little stock and cream cheese.
