Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 20 ml oil
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ pointed cabbage
  • Tabasco
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 60 g processed cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • Parmesan

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil with onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Sauté the finely chopped pointed cabbage in the frying fat for 5 minutes and season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. In a saucepan, make a roux with the butter and flour. Deglaze with milk and stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Dissolve the processed cheese and cream cheese in the roux and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a prepared baking dish, layer the sliced ​​potatoes, minced meat, and pointed cabbage. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
