Ingredients
- 1 Pointed cabbage fresh
- 1 Peppers yellow
- 1 Green peppers
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Quarter the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk from the four parts and cut everything into fine strips and then into pieces. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and the bell pepper into small pieces. Now heat some oil in a sufficiently large pan and sweat everything properly until it has collapsed properly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finished.
- I served a slice of smoked pork with it. Good Appetite.
