Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of pointed cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 3 spring onions
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp parsley, fresh or frozen
- Salt
- pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Side dish to roast or grilled meat.
First, slice or shred the pointed cabbage into thin strips. Salt the cabbage and knead it by hand to loosen its texture. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the spring onions into fine rings and add to the pointed cabbage. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Let the pointed cabbage salad stand for a while.
