Pointed cabbage salad with walnuts and grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of pointed cabbage
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • some rapeseed oil
  • 10 grapes, dark, seedless
  • 5 walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

easy and fast

Cut the pointed cabbage into thin strips. Mix the lemon juice, orange juice, salt, pepper, and honey into a salad dressing and add a little rapeseed oil. Pour over the salad and let it sit for about 1 hour. Finally, add the halved grapes and chopped walnuts and mix well. Delicious on its own or as a side dish.
