Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 ml oil, or less
  • 275 g corn semolina, fine
  • 225 g flour, sifted
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • Salt
  • 300 g feta cheese, in small pieces
  • Fat and flour for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a Bosnian specialty

Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with flour. Preheat oven to 220°C. Whisk together the eggs and milk until foamy. Then add the remaining ingredients (except the feta) and blend. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet, sprinkle with feta, and press it into the mixture. Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes. The feta can be omitted.
