Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (peach – apricot)
  • 200 g flour (fine spelt flour)
  • 1 jar cherry(s) (sour cherries)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for approx. 10 pieces

Prepare the pudding. Mix the spelt flour, sugar, eggs, and pudding until smooth and doughy. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Then bake. For the filling, thicken the sour cherries and sugar with vanilla pudding powder. Fill the pancakes with it. Dust with powdered sugar.
