Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 125 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

filled croquettes with minced meat
For the croquettes, mix the ingredients into a batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry pancakes until golden brown. This makes about 6 pancakes. For the filling, peel and finely chop the onion, mix with the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper. Briefly fry the minced meat in a pan without oil. Spread the filling over the pancakes. Roll the pancakes up tightly and tuck in the ends. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown. The croquettes were served as an ingredient in homemade tomato soup.
