Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g flour, or spelt flour 630
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating, melted
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating, melted
  • Couverture or cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Protein utilization

Combine the butter, powdered sugar, and egg whites. Stir in the melted chocolate or couverture coating. Add the flour and mix into a smooth batter. Using a piping bag or cake syringe, pipe small dots onto the baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 8 minutes, then cool. Combine the butter and powdered sugar well, stir in the melted dark chocolate coating, and let it set slightly. Spread the mixture over the cookies, place two cookies together, and dip halfway into the melted chocolate coating.
