Ingredients
 

  • 2 kg Chicken drumstick
  • 4 Red and green peppers
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 3 Onion
  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • 2 can Canned mushrooms - mixed
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 0,5 L White wine dry
  • 0,5 L Warm water
  • Salt
  • Cold pressed olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean the chicken drumstick, cut in half at the joint and salt each piece individually. Wash and core the peppers and cut into relatively large pieces. Peel the onion and garlic. Quarter the onion, halve the garlic. Strain the mushrooms.
  • Put olive oil in a large pan (covering the bottom) and let it heat up with high heat. First distribute the chicken drumsticks on the bottom of the pan, then distribute the onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms evenly. Add white wine and water, add salt and cook covered for about 15 minutes.
  • Turn the contents of the pan and season to taste. Add salt if necessary. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Turn the pan from time to time. Especially at the beginning, make sure that the peppers and tomatoes are with the skin side up.
  • Rice is a good side dish, but we also served spaetzle on the second day.
