Dip: Yoghurt-leek Dip green-white Leek
The perfect dip: yoghurt-leek dip green-white leek recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 1 piece Fresh shallot
- Wild garlic fresh
- Chives fresh
- Parsley crispy fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Lemon zest

- A dip with fresh leek herbs and a fine taste, ideal for grilled food but also fondue and stone grill or to season / refine your burger / sandwich with it. Without garlic, perfect for social occasions and also without “side effects” the next morning.
preparation
- Salt and pepper the yogurt.
- Mix / chop the chives and wild garlic with a little parsley and the shallot, add olive oil. I like to use my homemade chilli olive oil.
- Mix with half of the yogurt.
- Arrange the yoghurt alternately (pure and mixed) in a bowl. Pour some lemon zest and pepper over the lightly salted natural yogurt. Garnish and serve.
