Suckling Pig Chop
The perfect suckling pig chop recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 Suckling pig chop
Marinade:
- Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 Toes Grated garlic with salt
- 1 tsp heaped Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Dried marjoram
- 1 tsp Ground caraway
- 0,5 tsp Grated lemon peel
- Salt pepper
Prepare the marinade:
- Mix the oil and all the spices in a bowl, rub the suckling pig chops with it and leave it covered for several hours
- Either grill on the charcoal grill or fry at 2/3 temperature in the pan for 3 – 4 minutes on each side
- Goes well with: Potato salad, fried potatoes, grilled potatoes with dip, white bread, coleslaw, bean salad, tomato salad, etc. Bon appetit!
