Pollock cubes on a noodle nest

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g fish fillet(s) (pollock), frozen in blocks (easier to dice)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

spicy, light dish

Cut the pollock into small cubes. This works best when the blocks are still half frozen. Of course, you can also use fresh fish. Cook the pasta until al dente. Finely chop the parsley, garlic, and chili pepper. If you prefer a less spicy dish, you can also deseed the chili pepper. Lightly sauté the three ingredients in oil over low heat. After 1-2 minutes, add the fish cubes to the pan, cover, and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the pan for 5 minutes. Season everything with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, arrange pasta nests in deep plates, and arrange the fish and tomatoes on top.
